The short version

The private things you write in Tender Days — your journal entries, letters, moments, and support circle — stay on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers. To run your account and subscription, we store only your email address and your subscription status. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

What stays on your device

Your journal, letters, moments, and circle live only in your browser on your device. We can't see them, and they're never transmitted to us. The app's PDF exports are how you keep them; clearing your browser data clears them.

What we collect, and why

To give you an account and run your subscription, we collect and store:

Your email address — to sign you in (via a secure link) and send account and billing emails.
Your subscription status — whether your trial or subscription is active, so we know to unlock the app.
Basic payment details handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number; Stripe processes payments securely.

That's it. We don't collect the content of anything you write, and we don't build advertising profiles.

Service providers we use

We share the limited data above only with the providers that make the service work, and only for that purpose:

Supabase — stores your account (email) and subscription status.
Stripe — processes payments and manages your subscription.
Resend — delivers your sign-in and account emails.

Each acts as our processor under a data-processing agreement. [Confirm and link each provider's terms.]

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain processing. You can delete your account and the data we hold (your email and subscription record) at any time by emailing quiet.company.app@gmail.com. Because your entries live only on your device, you control those directly.

Children

Tender Days is intended for adults (parents and caregivers). It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Not medical care

Tender Days is a wellness and self-care companion. It is not medical care and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
