Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]

Template — not legal advice. A starting-point draft to be reviewed and finalized by a qualified attorney before you publish or sell — especially the medical disclaimer, limitation of liability, and subscription/refund terms.

1. What Tender Days is

Tender Days is a wellness and self-care companion for the early days of parenting, offering tools for calm, reflection, and connection. It is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional help. Using it creates no doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship. If you are struggling, contact a qualified professional; in a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

2. Subscriptions, free trial, and cancellation

Tender Days offers a 7-day free trial, after which it is billed at $7.99/month unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. [Describe billing provider, renewal, and refund policy.]

3. Acceptable use

Please use Tender Days lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

4. Your content

Anything you write stays yours. By default it lives only on your device. If you enable cloud sync, you grant us the limited permission needed to store and sync it for you, and nothing more.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Tender Days is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. [Attorney to tailor to your jurisdiction.]

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
